Dell are one of the worlds largest corporations. Worth over $61billion, and with over 76,000 employees, it is no surprise they are the #1 PC supplier in the US, and #2 worldwide. All 100 of the Fortune 100 companies do business with Dell, and they ship over 140,000 units every single day, which averages out at more than 1 per second! In the financial year 2008, they had an income of just under $3million, and had assets of around $27.5million in the same year.
Dell do not have a high street shop as such. But within recent years they have started to sell their items through other high street retailers such as Currys and Tesco. This has increased their target customers by significantly more.
